            Before Match Consulting, Vincent Xu worked inShanghai management consulting field. His expertise and work focus revolved mainly around Executive Search, Career counselling, Executive Assessment and Human Resource Management Consulting services. Vincent has been working in HR over 20 years, first as an operational HR Director then as a Consultant, thus accumulating depth and breadth in HR management knowledge and operational / Best Practice HR. He brings expertise and specific skills in recruitment and selection, talent assessment and employee coaching, Compensation &Benefits, Career counselling, performance Management and Chinese labor law.

             Before joining the consulting industry, Vincent held different roles in Manufacturing, Government/administrative and Computer software & System integration industries. Moving from Engineering roles (industrial machine design and technical/ R&D process management) to administrative support and team management (Company administration, finance management, marketing and HR) thus getting in-depth insight into various business operations. Over the past 20 years he studied and worked inHubei, Beijing, Shenzhen,Chengdu and Shanghai, as well as in different industries and Company Cultures (including State-Owned Enterprises, Private Chinese companies,Hong Kong, Singaporean, Japanese and European companies), demonstrating flexibility and capacity to adapt to new challenges. 

            Vincent’s clients include mainly European Companies such as Siemens, Lafarge, Eramet, Hoerbiger, Bizerba, Alfred Kaercher, IBG, BST International, TERHELL Plastic, Dura, Jungherinrich, Technoform Bautec, Staufen Consulting, Johnson Control, as well as some Chinese private companies. 

            Vincent owns an MBA degree from the University of Electronics Science and Technology of China. He has studied multi-discipline knowledge including Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Chinese language & Literature and English. The Professional training he has received includes: Compensation Design, Performance Management, HR management in R&D functions, and system implementation of SuccessFactors People Management Solutions. He can proficiently use flow improvement tools as 5S, CIP, Balance Score Card (BSC) as well as ISO9000, and is good at implementation of management system. Besides, Vincent has been studying psychological counseling since June, 2009.
